The G508 is a widely popular VoIP analog telephone adapter (ATA) device with 8 FXS ports, 1 Gigabit LAN port, and 1 Gigabit WAN port. It offers 8 SIP lines to make calls and functions as a wire-speed NAT router, making it an all-in-one solution for internet calls. 

The device supports T.38 real-time fax and T.30 fax with G.711, ensuring reliable fax quality. The G508 is a stand-alone device and does not require a computer for internet calls.
